曝氣管道的連接方式和安裝(好氧池曝氣器更換)
曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)裝置由曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)、布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管道(dao)、三通(tong)(tong)、四通(tong)(tong)、彎(wan)頭、調節(jie)器(qi)、連(lian)接件、清除(chu)(chu)裝置等組成(cheng),布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管道(dao)按通(tong)(tong)常的環形(xing)布置,曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)按供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)量和池形(xing)布置密(mi)度(du),曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)和布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管道(dao)的連(lian)接采用 G3/4 螺紋(wen)連(lian)接,底(di)座為(wei)(wei)內螺紋(wen) ( 固定于布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管道(dao)上 ) 曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)為(wei)(wei)外螺紋(wen),安裝時先(xian)把(ba)調節(jie)器(qi)按所需尺寸(cun)用膨脹螺栓固定在池底(di),然后(hou)用抱箍把(ba)布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管道(dao)固定在調節(jie)器(qi)上,為(wei)(wei)防止其它作業,如電(dian)焊火花和土建(jian)時混(hun)凝土等重物損壞曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)裝置必須(xu)等土建(jian)工程(cheng)結束后(hou)在放水(shui)前把(ba)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)裝上,為(wei)(wei)防止管道(dao)和連(lian)接部(bu)分漏(lou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),應放水(shui)超過曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi) 10cm 左右的深度(du)試漏(lou),然后(hou)通(tong)(tong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)如發(fa)現(xian)有管通(tong)(tong)連(lian)接部(bu)分漏(lou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)應及時排除(chu)(chu),然后(hou)正式投運。

空氣管設計應考慮壓力平衡,聯成環狀網,每組進氣管應設置閥門,便于調節空氣量。
